All required documents can be presented upon request  by any client set to secure service/s from SSI.        Our resident Social Intervention Specialist: Twilight Bey is Social Solution’s (SSI) lead Social Intervention Specialist (Resume/CV). He has more then 18 Years of education and experience in life management skills, social literacy development, youth engagement, conflict mediation, gang intervention and community and civic organising. Twilight grew up and lived for 26 years in the economically deprived, gang and drugs affected communities of South Central Los Angeles. The work he has undertaken span a broad range of US and International Communities & Institutions. Contributing to local, national and inter-national efforts in youth and community focused initiatives e.g. gang violence reduction strategies, service learning, community building and leadership development. Twilight Bey was also a key figure in the initiation of the Peace Talks in 1988 between rival Los Angeles Street Gangs. This led to him becoming a key organiser of the Cease Fire Agreement between the Bloods and Crips of Watts, California in 1992. Under the mentorship of Celebrity and Activist Jim Brown, President of Amer-I-Can Inc., the founding members of Amer-I-Can were able to affect positive change throughout the County of Los Angeles in Schools & Neighbourhoods adversely affected by anti-productive behaviour, substance abuse and violence. These efforts have been adapted in similar communities across the United States and abroad. Twilight, now operating in London has served as a consultant and inspirational speaker in the United Kingdom since 1994. He continues to travel between the United States and Britain and remains a key participant in the development of social intervention initiatives and services. Twilight has served as a co-founder of Amer-I-Can, Community in Support of Gang Truce, the Amer-I-Can Foundation for Social Change, and the Community Self-Determination Institute. A valued contributor in these organisations he has helped to pioneer innovations and enhancements in the following areas:
